Beginner Puppies

 

Puppies should be between

9 & 16 weeks of age 

 

Intermediate Puppies

 

Puppies should be between

16 & 20 weeks of age

 

Both of these sessions are one hour

classes and meet for 5 weeks.

 

There are no refunds after class begins.

This program serves as a primer on using positive reinforcement and smart management to raise the puppy everyone wants.  

It’s the perfect place to start for the family with a new puppy.

In class you will take the first steps towards establishing a great human-canine relationship.

 

Topics include: managing your puppy, housetraining, play biting & puppy chewing. 

 

Your puppy will learn how to get along with other puppies, sit and lie down on cue, come when called, and happily go to his crate. 

We discuss feeding, health, grooming and the different stages of development as your puppy grows.

 

 

 

 

This is the follow up to the Beginner Puppies class where you continue to “grow” your puppy into a reliable family member who is a joy to be around. 

 

Topics include: teaching your puppy to walk on a loose leash, stay, “settle” on a mat, retrieve, and stay.

 

Weekly discussions center on management issues such as jumping up, barking, door manners, greeting people while on walks, and greeting visitors to your home.
